Visualizations and meditation focus the practitioner's mind inward and promote greater body awareness. This peaceful practice relieves stress and offers a low-impact exercise that is wonderful restorative and preventative medicine for body, mind, and spirit. Many will recognize Carl Lindberg from his musical work with Grogus, Squat, Kenosha Kid, Steve Dancz, and DubConscious.  In addition to music, Lindberg has been practicing the movement of Qigong and Taiji [Tai Chi] for 14 years.
